Chris Newman
Berlin-based composer and artist Chris Newman studied music at King's College, London and with Mauricio Kagel at the Musikhochschule in Cologne. His music has been performed at the Donaueschinger Musiktage and ICA (London) and broadcast by, among others, Bayrischer Rundfunk and Hessischen Rundfunk; it includes a large repertoire of songs for voice and piano which he frequently performs himself.
